About 90% of our services create no dust at all. The few that do are done with equipment that is 99% dust-free.

Color seal is a colored, urethane-based sealer with concrete-hardening agents. It’s thick like pancake batter, so it fills the pores in your grout where dirt gets trapped instead of just waterproofing them. It has built-in mildewcides, comes in any color, and isn’t recommended for shower floors, where we use epoxy grout instead.

Clear seal is an impregnating sealer for granite, marble, engineered stone, quartzite, travertine, limestone and grout. It dries invisible with no residue and typically lasts about 12 months before it needs to be reapplied.

Unlike most clear sealers and grout colorants, which wash away after a few months of normal cleaning, our color seal fills the pores and isn’t water soluble once cured. It can last indefinitely with proper maintenance.

Epoxy grout is a high-performance grout with uniform color, extreme durability, stain resistance and full joints. It works with ceramic, glass and stone, indoors or out, and is ideal for shower floors, pools, fountains and other wet areas. We use Laticrete SpectraLOCK PRO, which cures in 14 days and is then permanently stain-proof.

Yes. We offer monthly, twice-a-year and annual maintenance at different budget levels, including shower recaulking, cleaning and resealing, marble floor touch-ups and countertop refreshes.

We’ll give you care instructions for your specific surface. Just ask, and we recommend a pH-neutral cleaner for most stone and grout.

Yes. We carry general liability, workers’ comp and auto insurance, and can usually send a certificate the same day.

Most cleaning, sealing and polishing jobs are done in a day. Shower rebuilds and stripping jobs take longer, and we’ll give you an exact timeline with your quote.
