Yes. Small areas are patched as part of the Shower Refresh. For badly cracked or stained floors, we recommend epoxy regrouting, which is waterproof and stain-proof.
Most shower leaks come from failed caulk and cracked or missing grout. Our Shower Refresh fixes those by repairing the grout, recaulking every corner, and sealing all porous surfaces to keep water out. If we find water damage behind the tile, we’ll tell you honestly what it needs.
