Prestige Grout's office was great at answering all of our questions, providing quotes, and scheduling. Then Rodney came today for shower refresh and grout repair. Our shower looks and feels better now than it did when it was first installed! Definitely recommend!

Update: they also did a great job installing a backsplash a week later.

I couldn’t be happier with Prestige Grout Cleaning! Our shower look absolutely amazing—like they were just installed. The team was so friendly, showed up on time, and really cared about doing a great job. They even took the time to walk me through what they were doing and gave me tips on how to keep everything looking fresh. It’s such a huge difference, I’ll definitely be calling them again and recommending them to all my friends and family!

The owner is wonderful and our technician Rodney did a wonderful job, wore booties in the house, and clean up the work space before leaving.

Update: they mist have been on vacation or something they are coming out to fix it this weekend. They told me they re-grouted my shower drain, but I recently realized they just out a flimsy caulk layer at the edge of the drain, because it peeled off after less than a week. I had just gotten done explaining to the service person that I did not want this. No response yet...

The company could not have been easier to work with. When we were dissatisfied with one of the finished grout lines, they promptly sent a technician to fix it to our satisfaction . We are very, very happy with our choice to work with Prestige.

Prestige Grout did a fabulous job on my upstairs bathroom. It looks brand new thanks to Rodney the Prestige technician who worked diligently to make it sparkle and was friendly to boot!!
Plus Justin the salesman and Jenny the office administrator were also friendly and polite!! That’s a combination deserving of my 5 star rating!!

Prestige fixed a very large crack in my granite and it looks great. I had it done by another company several years earlier but it just came back and got much worse. Prestige removed the whole cracked piece and addressed the reason why it had cracked instead of just putting a bandaid on it. Zachary did a wonderful job on fixing the repair and then polished the counters beautifully.

Prestige did an AMAZING job on our tile flooring. The previous owners put the tiles over linoleum and made the grout crack all over, and tiles break. Now it looks like new!!

"Justin the owner came out to my home and gave me an estimate to replace about eight tiles and clean , color and seal the grout in my kitchen and hallway. The owner, office staff and workers are very friendly. Tim the crew chief and Cezar the helper did an outstanding job on my floor.
